Spike's Bitches 21 Gunn Salute

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Great, Tep's already coining words and I'm still stuck on gronk.

Hey, I'm in Tep's timezine and I'm still stuck on "gronk - bleah". At least you have the excuse of being two hours behind.....

Ack, billytea. Hope that all resolves sooner than later. I hate family "situations", and have been lucky to have had to endure only a handful.

The death of a parent can bring out the worst sometimes, unfortunately. There were a couple of doozies for me surrounding my father's death.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm pretty sure in two hours I will be at the "gronk, bleah, should have stayed home" stage, but I guess for that to happen I have to finish getting dressed and actually go to work first.

Does that seem right to you?

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I'm hungry. In order to eat anything, I really ought to finish the massive cleaning of the kitchen I started last night. Why oh why did I think that was a good idea? Everything's half done and sitting there staring at me accusingly. Bleagh.

I'd also like to report that I have gone insane. I've been knitting almost non-stop since I started. I found the most incredible mossy yarn and I don't know what I'm making with it. I just cast on and started "needling" as Kara calls it. It feels like heaven. I think it's going to be a blanket, or a throw, or a scarf. I've been carrying the yarn and knitting needles around with me like a security blanket (the only previous one having been reft from my little arms when I was four). The babies upset me? I sit down and knit a row. The freelance makes me crazy? I stop working and knit a row. I'm sort of hoping I get over this soon because, really, taking it to bed with me every night is starting to upset someone.

I just paid off my car. Pardon me as I scream out with joy and run through the thread naked.
