It's a weird dynamic, but somehow people manage to get riled up but without getting truly offended, if that makes sense.
Yes, my mother's family is like that, except there's not a person who'll leave once s/he gets riled.
Frank, my mum mentioned Salem got 38". I thought of you. The town next to us was mentioned on the weather as getting 36". I think we've got about the same. It's a little hard to tell because of the drifts, and there was already about 6" on the ground from earlier in the week. This has been a pretty snowy winter, already.
I think it's been over 20 years since I've had a Dominos pizza - I really don't remember what they were like, except that they were mediocre.
I can't remember the last time I ate Dominos' pizza, either. It's probably been 15-20 years for me, too. It's okay when you're drinking, or as long as you decide ahead of time, not to think of it as actual pizza.
Good morning, what's on the menu for the day?
I had hoped to hear back about my interview last week, but so far nothing. It's a little distressing but the lady did say 'either the end of the week or early next'. Well, now it's early next. Though I guess Tuesday could also be included in that. I just want to know either way and stop waiting.
Well...I like Dominos. And Pizza Hut. And Papa John's. And just about any pizza, ever.
what's on the menu for the day?
Domino's, apparently. Ewww.
Domino's, apparently. Ewww.
Naw, it's Monday. Which means I haven't had any Quiznos this week, so that's were I'm headed.
It's funny, I used to deliver for Dominos when I was living in Ann Arbor. Our delivery area included to the Dominos World Headquarters, so I guess our pies were a little better. I never minded them though Cottage Inn (regional chain) was much better.
Yeah, Cottage Inn is pretty good stuff. Pizza House is popular too. I had a lot of New York Pizza Depot last year because I got free coupons with my apartment.
There's a really good pizza place a half a block from my appartment. I probably eat there more often than I should....
It's hard to imagine this dog as vicious, but hard to read, sort of dim? Certainly.
See, while I wouldn't call his type vicious, I am very wary of midsized fluffy dogs and I'm guessing this comes from the chow's reputation and the behavior of one in my neighborhood. I totally tend to categorize dogs in terms of possibly scary from the midsized muscular ones(most scary), to smallish with sharp teeth to HUGE but bumbly and slow to finally, so-floppy-can-that-dog-move?
I do think it is really funny that I'm more likely to avoid a chihuahua or a pom out of worry than I am a great dane or the drool monster, a leonburger. Though I'd avoid the latter because of the drool.
