Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

Poor NE people that have to work! That's just wrong, wrong, wrong!

Fortunately UMB is closed today, so I'm not missing the first day of classes stuck here in Michigan.

Hmmmm...I think it may be hot tub time.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm at work. The snow wasn't all that bad, and except for my street, the roads were all perfectly clear.

My grandparents (the ones who live in Cape Cod) can't even leave their house. Three of their children are trapped in there with them. From the sound of things, we'll be lucky if there isn't a homicide before the snow clears. Currently, my mom is thanking her lucky stars that she decided not to go up there this week.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

DX, I thought the governor shut RI down completely -- official advisement to stay home, et cetera. Poor doobie!

Me, I'm kicking back with some Kashi Instant Oatmeal, which I discovered during my Tucson visit because the most convenient grocery store was a Trader Joe's and that's what they had. It is the most delicious oatmeal I've ever had... and how often do you see the words delicious and oatmeal together? It's that delicious. It hardly even needs sugar.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Is anyone else amused by the notion of Erika going head to head with Frank Pembleton in the interrogation room?

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

I had to walk a whole two blocks to the subway station this morning. Sure, all the sidewalks were shoveled, but still.

And then, when I got to work, the passageway that goes directly from the subway station up into my building was wet. I could have slipped or something!

Maybe in Providence. I don't think we got hit quite so hard down here. The roads are in pretty good shape.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

My grandparents (the ones who live in Cape Cod) can't even leave their house.

Do they have power? I heard that lots of folks on the Cape are/were without power.

Is it pretty? I'm kind of sad that I missed it. But, on the other hand, HOT TUB!
