Thank heavens I did not inherit my grandmother's touch with pie crust. Her's were very soggy. My mother was the expert with a flaky crust. I'm somewhere in between. I can make an adequate one, but I've found that Pillsbury refrigerated crusts that you unroll are an excellent shortcut. I used one to make Deb's mushroom pie and my family thought it was a homemade crust. Hee.
Also, I've had three pieces of Dutch Apple pie so far. I'm contemplating a fourth.

ita, Ellison die cuts are a big thing among teachers and now among scrapbookers. You can mass produce (to a certain extent) shapes quickly. Cutting 80 palm trees took about 20 minutes.
The one I bought is a Sizzix machine. It's for home use, but it'll be good for classroom stuff.
Are you making your own dies? Can you do that?
Ha! They just showed Simi in Sneakers.
Catching up, more to do. However.
This [snow] is clearly the work of Canadians, folks. And the sooner you come to terms with that, the sooner we can invade and confiscate their weather machine.
A) Your record with the whole invading thing lately? Not so good. Maybe try Grenada. I hear they're accommodating. Also warmer.

We respond positively to politeness. I'd definitely write a supporting letter, and request to speak in committee.
Awww, man. They're talking shit about me over at The Perfect World and it's all lies and bullshit and speculation.
What is The Perfect World?
I just burnt my pinky bad on cooking. It HURTS.
