I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I wanted to go to the pie store and get pie to bring in to my co-workers to celebrate National Pie Day tomorrow, which we call National Pie Day (observed).

But I don't think that it is happening. Damn this blizzard interfering with my carefully laid pie plans!

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Hm. Maybe I should make pancakes. Pancakes are kind of like pie, right?

...They're round.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sorry, Bostonians! It's not snowing and 20 here. We apparently got a foot. I've got to get out of the house. Am contemplating walking to Home Depot -- I figure everyone has already been there this weekend already, right?

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

I have bread dough, but no pie.

I do have frozen blueberries, but I don't think you should just randomly throw them into bread dough and hope they will turn into blueberry tarts or something. Alas, baking does not work that way.

I have boatload of schoolwork to do, so of course, I am tackling my insane mountain of laundry.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

snowing like a hamster

I love this.

And yes, it still is here, too. I'm considering venturing outside to take a few pictures, but I can't find my snow boots. My hiking boots aren't tall enough. Actually, with these drifts my thigh high boots wouldn't be tall enough.

It is gorgeous here, though.

What is even happening?

It's only started snowing here a while ago. They're predicting 37-55 cms between now and tomorrow. Have I mentioned we already had about 40 cms this week?

Sue, we're going to get ~38 INCHES, and already had some on the ground. I am unimpressed with your snow totals.

Jesse, it's not even 10 degrees F here, and that's not counting the wind chill factor. You are both evil, and eval, even if you didn't cause this (but perhaps you induced the Canadians to cause this, to fight your eviltude).

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

It stopped snowing here, but it is blowing like mad, which will make digging the cars out loads of fun.(No, I haven't been out to see what state things are in yet)
