I must. have. pie.
Digs out roommate's snowshoes.
It's 7 degrees here too!
Has anyone else seen the Disney on Ice ad for their production of "Finding Nemo"?
OMG - the costumes are FREAKEE.
They have the people's heads coming out on top of the fish bodies -- where their dorsal fins are and then freaky fish faces coming out of the human chests.
I saw it twice -- during Teen Titans on WGN in the AM and during Teen Titans on TOON in the evening.
Also, I was on the phone, so I had Bravo's repeat of the GG on the tv and Gina Torres looked lovely. Too bad they didn't show her on the red carpet. (I saw her standing next to her husband and clapping a couple of different times.)
Ooh, pie.
I made a yummy vegetarian tamale pie last night. (Took it out of the oven and them promptly went out for dinner with friends, but whatever.) I might have to try to see if I can scare up some of the dessert kind too.
BTW, Kiefer Sutherland is going to be on Actor's Studio or whatever that show is called. You know, the interview thing on Bravo.
I wanted to go to the pie store and get pie to bring in to my co-workers to celebrate National Pie Day tomorrow, which we call National Pie Day (observed).
But I don't think that it is happening. Damn this blizzard interfering with my carefully laid pie plans!
t shaking fist at sky
Pie! Must...find...pie.
Hm. Maybe I should make pancakes. Pancakes are kind of like pie, right?
...They're round.
Sorry, Bostonians! It's not snowing and 20 here. We apparently got a foot. I've got to get out of the house. Am contemplating walking to Home Depot -- I figure everyone has already been there this weekend already, right?
I have bread dough, but no pie.
I do have frozen blueberries, but I don't think you should just randomly throw them into bread dough and hope they will turn into blueberry tarts or something. Alas, baking does not work that way.
