Zoe: First rule of battle, little one. Don't ever let 'em know where you are. Mal: Whoo-hoo! I'm right here! I'm right here! You want some of me? Yeah, you do! Come on! Come on! Aaah! Whoo-hoo! Zoe: Of course, there are other schools of thought...

I wonder how a bath of hot scotch would feel.

The vapors would probably knock you out, and then drowning might ensue. Troublesome. Better to just drink the stuff.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

That was my feeling when I called them after the first week and said, "What are you doing? This is a family show."

Translation: "I thought they would edit out my assholery."

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The cable guy is trying to tell me I have too many devices. Pfft. My too many devices worked fine for months. Make it back like that.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am awake again. I'm not sure this is a good thing, but I am.

Well, I did get scotch in the bath....(thanks cats.)

My mood was also considerably uplifted by both cats perching on the edge of the tub (a dangerous proposition with one. With two? They like to swipe at each other) looking at me quizzically. Mister Kitty kept "blessing" me (paw on the forehead) and mrowling, and Devi was yelling pleadingly at me and trying to chase my toes under the water. Had me laughing so hard I'm sure the neighbors think something is up with the plumbing. Sound carries appallingly well but strangely through the tubs here. Bath was a tad short as I had to chase down MK to dry his leg and tail before he got into the litter, but....it accomplished what I needed it to. So did the cats.

Cable man has bowed to my will! Or let the crazy lady have her way.

Either road, I have both TV and internet at the same time, and isn't it sparkly?
