I'm getting homicidal.
30 minutes in and I STILL haven't found my paystub online (the only way I can get it.) It's a new system. So far? As bad or worse than the old. TAKES FOREVER TO LOAD. Stupid idiot web design, multiple portals you have to go through to do ONE thing.... My company sucks.
Also, the grocery store was mobbed. Lines up every aisle to the meat at the back of the store. But they moved.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
I came home from work early due to headache/cramps awfulness and remembered a couple of vicodin left from BF's root canal back in November. I took one and now for the first time in two days I am not in pain, plus I feel all....fuzzy. S'nice, although I wouldn't want to make it, y'know, a habit.

Every year, they do a poll about what employees think of the site. Every year, people say they hate it, it is unwieldy, etc. Do they do anything? No.
Some of the crash& burns on other projects we work contracts for don't surprise me.

Ick. Sounds very much about the new trouble ticket logging system we're being forced to move to. It's incredibly sluggish and counter-intuitive. The current system is a little buggy, but we've adapted to them and it's easy to use and lightning quick. But nope, we have to move to the new system. Nevermind the people that are demanding the move never used the old system and most-likely won't use the new one.
And with that I'm off to brave 40 miles of the snow of doom to go to my friend's birthday gathering. Whee.

I just ate a sandwich for lunch about thirty minutes ago, and all it did was make me really hungry. And I'm really feeling like making mashed potatoes, peas, and lemon chicken. Which would be really yummy. But will require some work.

Robin, glad it is helping. I had not bad pms this time but I think it is making up for it now. I've been perpetually annoyed the whole time, NOW I get the evil pms volcanozit on my neck that gives me a headache and a neckache and if my bosoms don't stop hurting and return to normal size, I'm lopping them off.

I think I shall pour myself a scotch and a bath.
