C-Clamps!
I don't have any. But I've wanted them. My dad about had a stroke at christmas at my brother's when we were putting together the diningroom table and chairs. I need a c-clamp. What do you MEAN you don't have ANY C-clamps! You MUST have C-clamps!
What's really amusing is my brother has about every other tool known to man and a few not, what with all the work he does on his car. But no c-clamps.
Cordless drill/screwdriver.
t duh! And a set of drill bits. Our screwdriver is cordful. Hmm.
Oh. A high-quality tape measure and a stud finder.

Crap, I need a cordless drill. I have one in my possession, but it is old and crappy and also borrowed. At some point, I suppose I'll have to give it back.
I really want a nice cordless drill.
And a laser tape-measure/stud-finder.
I love those laser levels a lot. I can't justify one in any way. But they are so doggoned cool!
I have a DeWalt. It will be pried from my cold dead hands.
I love hammers. I have four, plus a couple of rubber mallets. Two of them have beautiful leather washer wrapped handles. I got those for 50% off when a local hardware chain went out of business.
Actually, I just love tools.
I've got a cordless drill. Old Makita, from back when they were still making good ones.
I also recently got a laser level. Very cool tool.
