"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Oh see, sad for you, because, I am going to sleep even if you all aren't ready. Though I am also looking for text for bridal shower invitation.

I'm creeped out that they all are about the cult of the bride:

Please join us for A Bridal Shower in honor of XYZ

with nary a mention of the groom.

Also, favorite shower idea that we aren't using but still I like it:

Hard-hat party: The idea is to furnish the couple's home with the necessary tools and hardware every home should have. Guests are encouraged to wear jeans. Purchase a package of plastic children's tools and attach a tool to each invitation with a piece of ribbon.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

billytea!

Where??!?

Oh. Right. Hi Kristin! Are you coming to Australia?

I'm suddenly really grateful for my insomnia. How are you?

Frustrated. I haven't yet found a place to live, my feet are now so bad that I can't even walk around the apartment without limping, and I can't seem to make an appointment for them until March. This does not seem right to me. On the plus side, I'm going to the Australian Open tomorrow.

How about yourself? Aside from the whole insomnia and not being in Australia. It was 35 degrees here today. 95 for you guys. And yet, still fairly pleasant, thanks to a low humidity. I never liked Philly summers.

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

Alibelle, pretty princess is thirsty. Asks for water, but the troll keeps saying no. Troll goes to attack princess, who defends herself with glitter. Glitter gets in the troll's eyes. Princess steps over troll and gets water on her own. The end.

That was the bestest story ever. Thank you.

Also, I want a pink tool kit. With pink tools.

I think there should be a superhero called the Glitterbug.

And it does the jitterbug!

It is one degree here. Fahrenheit. That's -17 to you. The humidity was low, and this helped me not at all.

I haven't yet found a place to live, my feet are now so bad that I can't even walk around the apartment without limping, and I can't seem to make an appointment for them until March. This does not seem right to me.

Gah! The place to live is stressful, but now I'm really worried about your feet! There's no one you can see? No clinic or hospital? It doesn't sound like you should be waiting.

Are you coming to Australia?

Yes. You will note I am being vague about when, but I am confident that I will one day come to Australia.

Alibelle, did you see my post about buying a pink leather ipod case?

It's the bestest.

See, this is what I think. I'm pretty sure I can work something out, but right now it just adds to the frustration. This isn't something that can wait.
