Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

If you're a lefty

It took me a minute to figure out what handedness could possibly have to do with it. I need sleep.

The sun is shining, but we're in the deep freeze now. I'm utterly kerslammed with work once again. I have to go wedding dress shopping tomorrow.

But hey, Dana's coming home from London this weekend!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I have to go wedding dress shopping tomorrow.

You're getting married? Or just looking for bargains?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I just realized that if I see a mail person coming down the hall towards my office with a box that looks like it contains documents, my run and hide instinct kicks in.

There's a slight chance this project is messing with my brain.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Timelies,

It is really friggin' cold here. I'm trying my best to not have to go over to the other building today.

I setup the hospital CEO's new laptop last week. (The one that he just pointed at a picture in a magazine and said "I want that" and caused us and our vendor all kinds of hell to get.) As we're also moving over from Netscape via POP3 to Outlook via Exchange, I set him up on Outlook on the new laptop. However, the import crashed every time I tried to move his old Trash folder over. I finally gave up, figuring it was the trash folder, no biggie. Today he calls the support desk all upset because he's missing a lot of important e-mails. Where was he storing them? The trash. (sighs)

Coding and Sleeping

Obviously technology ads must be banned from any magazines that CEO's are prone to reading.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I spent most of the morning in a file room and only got about half the info that I wanted.

I did some of that yesterday. Our department files had a gap, so I went to look at the University file...pretty much the same gap. Much more complete around the edges, but still the gap. Bizarre.

I feel better with the colder weather (It was in the 60s when I got up, it's 40 now), because at least I know what to wear.
