Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I have decided that this is the LAST year we attempt to mold our schedules around other people. Next Christmas, the mofos are coming to us.

Figuring this out before the baby is born? Very, very wise. Stick to your guns.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Wow Jesse, Rayne and Theo all born on the same day? What auspicious stars there must be! Happy happy to all of you!

...and the fight is over.

The iPod, however, is still not working.

Would it be wrong to buy a new iBook just to use my iPod?

Yes. yes it would. Nonetheless, tempted.

Our wings are not tired.

Merry Christmas smooch to Beverly

Brendon gave me the Cobra Nav One 3000 Portable Mobile Navigation system for Christmas. It is beyond incredible with all the features and functions. I love exploring and often have to drive places I haven't been before so useful too. Driving over the everglades to see the family it was fun to see that it showed all the canals and lakes as well as the roads. So damn cool. I am avoiding looking at the bank account balance for a few days to put off finding out how much damage he did with his extravagance.

I'm very sad that the wild windy weather and my departure plans for Wednesday before dawn are conspiring to prevent me from getting together with Sheryl and G while they are visiting. I need to get off line and get some work done so that a visit is even possible.

Absolutely. For the last dozen or so years the family comes here for Christmas because I have the youngest children. Period. No discussion.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Kristen, I think the iPod needs to be reformatted for the PC. Not enough room in the electronics to make it dual platform, I think. Just a vague recall.

I could be blowing smoke, but let me check a couple of places.

You could mention it in the tech thread, too, in case Natter gets busy.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Happy Birthdays!

I'm still feeling sick. I'm supposed to go back to DC tomorrow, but I'm thinking I might end up waiting until Tuesday.

Oh yes, Daniel, been there, done that. I'm making progress. Just slowly.

Cool Kristen. Good luck.

I was also thinking you could download the free trial of PC MacDrive so that your Windows machine can read it, and reformat it.

Oh, and ipodlounge.com has a number of links and downloads to windows iPod utilities. [link]
