I have decided that this is the LAST year we attempt to mold our schedules around other people.
Absolutely. For the last dozen or so years the family comes here for Christmas because I have the youngest children. Period. No discussion.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Kristen, I think the iPod needs to be reformatted for the PC. Not enough room in the electronics to make it dual platform, I think. Just a vague recall.
I could be blowing smoke, but let me check a couple of places.
You could mention it in the tech thread, too, in case Natter gets busy.
Happy Birthdays!
I'm still feeling sick. I'm supposed to go back to DC tomorrow, but I'm thinking I might end up waiting until Tuesday.

Oh yes, Daniel, been there, done that. I'm making progress. Just slowly.
Happy Birthday to Jesse, Theodosia and Rayne!
Cool Kristen. Good luck.
I was also thinking you could download the free trial of PC MacDrive so that your Windows machine can read it, and reformat it.
Oh, and ipodlounge.com has a number of links and downloads to windows iPod utilities. [link]
Happy Birthday to Jesse! I hope it's funktastic. Happy birthday, Theodosia - may it be ficful. Happy Birthday Rayne! I hope you got some gorgeous scripts.
I've been craving red meat all holiday season, so I'm having a Porterhouse steak for lunch.
Happiest of Birthdays to Jesse, Theodosia, and Rayne! I hope it's a wonderful day.
The steak was excellent. Everybody should have steak today. Maybe with martinis. Hmmm. I'm taking Wednesday off week. I could have steak and eggs and maybe a bloody mary. That sounds very decadent, and hence appealing.
When I gave Emmett a Marx Brothers box set, I did not anticipate that he would try to watch all of them in one day. Yet, he is already into his third - A Night In Casablanca (which I've never even seen).

Thank you! iPodlounge and I are fast friends already.
Sigh. I've discovered now that the bigger problem is that my laptop doesn't have enough harddrive space for all the music I want loaded.
My tiny little iPod has more room for music than my whole damn laptop.
Siiiggghhh.
