The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Night.

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

No. I usually "how sad for you." But it's close enough.

True.

Betty crocker does NOT belong in a fast food format. Ever.

It is funny, though. And the place to go if you'd like a crazy expensive slice of giant cake.

Night, Kat.

I had no traffic issues today.

Our wings are not tired

Yesterday it took me 90 minutes to go from Warner Brothers to Hollywood and Highland. I think that's something like 3 miles.

Today it only took me about 40 minutes.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I have been known to mock the French and the British with pleasure. Though, in the case of the French, that flipped right around to defending them during the Freedom Fries debacle. And in both cases, it is more out of affectionate knowledge of both countries.

I have been known to mock the British. Once the cricket starts, it's hard not to.

I like 'em, though. I think I would've been happier in London than Philly. I'd always thought that if I wound up living overseas for a while, London would have been the destination.

(I never quite figured out what definition of "evil" would include suburban Pennsylvania but not New Orleans.)

One involving leather pants, I'd wager.

sarameg, I heard that most of this season's eps will be standalones. Thank god.

I want them to do a season of 24 that's just stand-alones. Jack just gets some day where twenty-four crooks try to pull some stupid crap, one after another, while he just happens to be in the vicinity, catching his breath after clocking the last guy.

Wake Up!

Apparently the shoes I bought for #1 for his birthday on eBay will never arrive as the seller is no longer a member. $96 and I am sad now.

Wednesday night is a good thing. SpyDaddy rocks. Lost was well-rounded with more varied character interaction.

Still sad about the shoes.

Always Anti-fascist!

Shoeguy=Jerkoff I've been too head-down in the Simonverse if I'm envious of sarameg's Baltimore jury duty, huh? :) Stupid Too Much TV. Just don't vote to acquit so you're home over the weekend and you will be golden, sarameg.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I don't think driving to Catalina would work well, Alibelle.

Try rolling up your windows first.

Laura, that totally sucks. Doesn't eBay have some sort of buyer protection program?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

sj - Great News!!! I know what a pain apartment hunting on short notice can be, so I'm glad to hear you got that situation resolved without too much sticker shock.
