It's a real burden being right so often.

The status is NOT quo.

Bush is now advocating more testing for high school students.

I am enraged.

What is even happening?

That last line speaks volumes.

I didn't know how to parse that. I didn't know if he meant, that's just the way it is with regard to how people think of him, or if he meant that that's just the way it is with regard to how he thinks about non-religious people.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Galactica 1980 is one of the first shows I remember that was so bad that a black cloud formed over the television when it was on. Breakers switched off. Blenders tried to kill themselves by throwing themselves off the counter. Dogs howled.

Rumor has it that Glen A. Larson Productions and Universal Television had to pay out significant damages to people who were affected by:

Televisions exploding while howling in maddened rage

Earthquakes, tornadoes, rains of fire, frogs and bedsteads that were directly connected to every episode aired.

The Mount St. Helens eruption.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I didn't know how to parse that. I didn't know if he meant, that's just the way it is with regard to how people think of him, or if he meant that that's just the way it is with regard to how he thinks about non-religious people.

I don't think HE knows the difference.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

He has said in the past that only a monotheist would qualify to be a Supreme Court Justice.

Jesus Christ. It's 58 degrees in Chicago right now. Tomorrow and Friday will be 50 degrees colder....

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I didn't know how to parse that. I didn't know if he meant, that's just the way it is with regard to how people think of him, or if he meant that that's just the way it is with regard to how he thinks about non-religious people.

Well in light of the first paragraph, I think it's pretty clear what he thinks of non-religious people.

Yeah. That's part of the reason I don't know how to parse it.
He has said in the past that only a monotheist would qualify to be a Supreme Court Justice.
Was that him or his father? I know his father made a horrible statement about non-theists not being, to his mind, able to be as patriotic.
