Re. TAR: The bunching is so obvious that I find myself hoping that it's just a way to lull the racers into a false sense of security. IOW, at some point a team is going to count on bunching and will end up getting royally screwed as a result.

I don't get the Hayden-hatred. I think it's because she reminds me of a friend of mine, who in turn reminds me of myself. I suspect that, were I on the race, I'd come across pretty much the same way, at least enough of the time for the show to make me seem like that all the time.
The holiday scheduling really killed the momentum of the show, though, in addition to the fact that this is the longest they've ever stayed in Europe. At this point in the race, they should really be in Asia by now.
Hi, Nilly!
Mmmm, pie!
mmm 1.5 pie
mmm, π. ALso, Π.

Shudder. Can't wait for more Kendra-isms.
Hi, tommy! Hi, Lilty! Hi, P-C (good to see you posting again)!
Hi, critical exponents of the percolation phase transition in infinite dimension on a Cayley Tree!
The last line in English means: Bye, Buffistas! I have to *poof* back to studying. The subtle translator will find traces of "Hi, chocolate!" there, as well.
Pi R squared? No, Pie are round!
It's like a sickness.
Hi, Nilly. Bye Nilly.
Nilly deserves pie.
Tommyrot, try some green tea.
If TAR could get rid of J&V, the rest of the people I don't like are more "love to hate"-able, you know? Or at least I don't sit there ready to flinch every time they come on the screen. Hey! Maybe they aren't really "pre-determined non-elimination legs" -- maybe they made it non-elim when they realized J&V wouldn't be last....
I don't think they can do that, Jesse. Game show rules and stuff.
