I wish this argument would cease,
I wish you two would make some peace,
Please stop these silly little scuffles,
For I do not like Suess-ish kerfuffles.

You're joining in, you should be keener.
It's WAY too early for taint poetry.
From last night:
Kat, born and raised in Indiana, so I'm not sure about where I got "Shambo". Weird thing is, DH and I are both native Hoosiers (grew up 50 miles apart) and we both knew the term. Regional things like this fascinate me.
Also, I want to take my twin sister to that winery. She loves wine and this would make a good vacation for us. Their label slays me.
Er... timelies?
Cash, it's good wine. And the winery itself is one of the prettiest I've seen -- lots of glass, good vistas.
Yeah, I grew up in Ohio and it was RPS there, not roshambo. When I taught in northern california, all of my students called it roshambo and I could only think, "Huh?"
Regionalisms fascinate.
I'm going to see Kartchner Caverns today, which is damn exciting -- I've only ever been in two caves, and this is a special "live" one that they've got elaborate precautions on to keep relatively un-tainted by the human traffic.

Random fun giraffe fact: their tongues are almost exactly in proportion to their height -- a newborn giraffe has a 7 inch tongue, an adult 18-footer has an 18 inch tongue, et cetera.
Hi peeps!
Re: VM - I will admit that I am more concerned about Wallace and Logan than about Veronica. Midway through season 1 that's not a good place to be. (Of course, that's the place I was at with Crossing Jordan from the first episode.)
Wallace is looking cartoony to me, but I adore Logan. Not enough to keep watching, though.

Very cool. My parents loved it. (I'm sensing a theme. My parents go more interesting places than I do lately. Must rectify.)
Foggy here.
