[Editing to wave especially in the direction of billytea, while poofing. It's not an easy task, to wave and to poof at the same time. However, I had to practice it, so I'm getting, sadly, better at it]

The lighting that I did was dirt cheap. $2 for the cord/lamp set, and $2 for the globe shaped shades that hang around them. It was part of the appeal.

Well, and Ikea has some cool stuff that isnt' ridiculously expensive. Little hangy light thingies that I could use to highlight various spaces. But really, I need someone to take a look at my place to help me because the roof line is so goofy with a cathedral ceiling that leads to an open loft. It makes for wierd nooks and crannies.
