I have this "alienation of affection" thing. But I don't have anyone to sue....
'Shindig'
Natter 31 But Looks 29
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Huh. Aaron carter news from IMDB. Apparently a mattress flew off a truck in front of the car he was driving, wedged under his car, and burst into flames. Which he then tried to douse with water bottles before being dragged to safety by his much saner girlfriend.
Dude better take a pass if anyone comes offering a Final Destination 3 role.
No discussion of 24?
Sophia -- Lilly and Garrett were going out but broke up some time last season. I believe.
That new cop? He was in an episode of Angel!
He played (coincidentally) somebody named Garrett in "Players".
I did not eat oatmeal today either. Okay, technically I haven't anything today at all, but if I had, it wouldn't have been oatmeal, because oatmeal is teh gross.
Also of teh gross? The rain.
sumi,
I was so happy 24 is back, but sometimes it's so hard to talk about. Whack non-spoiled speculation: I think Jack's new girlfriend isn't trustworthy. I was hit really hard with the impression that she said she was falling in love with him, just to change the subject from his request that they come clean with her father.
Do you think the new head of CTU is crooked, or just unlikeable? I am wondering if the word got out from the FBI about Chloe's friend Andrew, or if new!chief was the leak.
Jack whispering? Still hot.
My TV has consisted mostly of the Blue's Clues musical that we got this weekend and has been demanded ever since.
re: 24 - I thought it maintained a really good pace. I've never watched more than 5 minutes of it before now, so I was entertained. Was it too obvious a red herring to have the brother be involved with the Turks? Didn't Lukas Haas pay attention when his grandfather told him to be careful out among dem English? I also suspect the young turkish guy's american girlfriend. Is that just paranoia? And other things involving interogatives!?
I guess I have a new show. Huh.
Seeing the Blue's Clues musical makes me want to hear the songs from the Buffy musical. Not that Blue's Clues and Buffy are a lot alike. Actually, it would be sorta weird if there were.
Buffy is walking around the the cemetary, then she looks toward the camera.
"Oh..hi. Hey, could you help me find our first vampire?......You will, great!"
Buffy looks around some more, a vampire pops up behind a gravestone in the background.
Over there
"Oh, you found a vampire? Where?......"
Over there, behind the grave
"Great, our first vampire, can you help me slay it?.......you will?.......Great." She gets her stake out. "Now should I use my stake to stab the vampire, or decapitate it?"
Stab it
"Stab it,...right, because a stake is good at puncturing chests, but not so good at severing heads."
there is a blue's clues Homicide fic.
honestly, nothing surprises me anymore.
