I tell you I have this theory. It goes where, you're the one who's not my sister. Cuz mom adopted you from a shoe box full of baby howler monkeys, and never told you cuz it could hurt your delicate baby feelings.

Problem is the fingers. Eh. It makes me whine obnoxiously and there is little cure except for a different season or a tub of water. Oh, or sitting on my hands. Not much to be done while I'm at work. So I whine.

Icestorms are gorgeous. Unfortunately, also rather destructive and a pain in the ass. Hopefully it melted and you didn't have to chip the car out?

Cute kid.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Alpen is my "huh? dinner?" dinner.

A co-worker mentioned that he had some days where he only ate two bowls of cereal. It took me a while to realise he meant that's all he'd eat in a day, not that's all the cereal he'd eat in a day.

I don't usually have more than two bowls. But the idea of eating nothing else for the day, even with the addition of protein shakes? Nuh-huh.

cool pictures. ice in trees is so pretty.

I don't find you obnoxious. I find having to do work rather than read my book obnoxious.

Coding and Sleeping

The ice hung around for about five days or so, but the cars were garaged, so no chipping required. Well, the blue bullet wasn't garaged, but it doesn't get much use. Hey, anyone need a 1992 Ford Tempo with 215,000 miles and a failing (but still working) water pump?

hip deep in pie

How can I live up to the pressure of today's horoscope:

This is potentially one of the best weeks of the year for you and if you waste it you will regret it throughout 2005.

I can't stand it!!!

I wish chipping on no one. Hate it, I do.

Grilled cheese is my current default dinner.

Our wings are not tired.

Sue, that is just plain mean. Um, have a good day.

Pretty ice pics.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Gorgeous ice pictures, Gud. This is what we usually get instead of snow, with accompanying loss of power, and damage to trees. Our neighbors have one of the blueish yard lights in their back yard, and the street lights out front are pink-orange. So we get blue-lit ice shows in the back and pink ones out front.

I'm glad you weren't without power for too long. And that your house didn't get too cold.
