Giles: I'm sure we're all perfectly safe. Dawn: We're safe. Right. And Spike built a robot Buffy to play checkers with. Tara: It sounded convincing when I thought it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Specific weight comments will frequently hit me a bit weirdly.

Yeah, me too. I've never managed to gain or lose significant weight on purpose, yet people will comment cheerily on shifts.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Absolutely pouring rain here. What a dreary day. We were going to take Emmett skating, but I am disinclined to venture out even to get into the car and drive in this muck.

I'd much rather play with my music.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Today, I not only got soaked by a car driving by, I also, all on my own, stepped right through a puddle. FUN.

Or the other thing.

I got one load of laundry done and dried before the rain kicked back in. Really need to rig an awning over our outdoor dryer. I'm paying for recent slackertude by working much of the weekend on review charts due Monday at 10am. Feh.

Always Anti-fascist!

What a trip. Phoenix is also rainy, like SF. I never have the same weather as Hec. I hope it means there's a portal or something.

Our wings are not tired

I think I just saw an Ark go by.

Always Anti-fascist!

LA is rainy, too. Heavy.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I think I just saw an Ark go by.

Did it collect 2 Buffistas?

I think I'm gonna start referring to my upstairs neighbors as Jonathon and Victoria.

Must throw on decent clothes and get out the door. I'm seeing a show for free with no working involved. Woo!

The weathermen said the last time this pattern hit was sometime in the 20s, I think. In brief, the west coast is getting hit by an arctic front sweeping down, the east coast is getting whomped from the Atlantic, and there's a third major front coming up from the Gulf. So - pretty much an entirely precipitating nation.

Yeah, and now they are taking over.
