10 inches? Seriously?!
Very cool. I was so pleased to look out the window and see the snow last night.
TAR:
I thought the same thing about Lori! That FF rivaled ChaChaCha's for coming along at exactly the right moment, though - Lori was just about dead, and all the other teams had at least had a night of rest. Game changing for them, definitely.
Gus and Hera - just a bad, bad decision on the roadblock. Especially since the water polo guys weren't even pretending to make it a real challenge.
The soup. Holy god. The puking was such a chain reaction that I found it more funny than gross. Jonathan is still an asswipe.
What was the deal with the bar falling at the beginning? I wish they'd shown it a little closer up so you could just whether Freddy's freak-out was totally unreasonable or just mostly so.
Did we never get an explanation for why no pit-stop after the last leg?
still rain here, but they are saying possible sleet and snow during the day. I predict messy.
As flea says, it's freakishly warm in the Southeast. Even in the South, January should at least be in the 40s. We're going to be in the 70s and flirting with a record high for the date.
I was't paying close attention to the news. For Chicago itself, we should get six to ten inches.
I will be relying on trains to get to work, which tend to not get stuck so much....
Just predicting rain in DC, high about 50.
It has been in the 50s here. I was surprised to see the snow this morning.
No snow here! Whee!
I had to change the channel during the TAR
soup challenge, as I started gagging.
I really try to make a policy to never watch anything with that sort of scene as I'm a sympathetic
puker.
Who doesn't. So just painful
heaves.
Why am I whitefonting?
Little Superman looks concerned!
Things I have decided from watching TAR:
Hayden needs to be paired with Jonathan
Gus doesn't understand what hurry means
Victoria needs massive therapy and to be on her own for a while
Aaron might actually sabotage his own team just to annoy Hayden
Rebecca, while no great catch, should run as fast as possible away from Adam
Kendra is a horrific waste of space and Freddie desearves her.
They just called it. We're out early. They are ignoring all common sense and are not splitting our third block class so we can also see our fourth block. Argh. Must ram administrators' heads against cluestick.
Cindy, yeah, I saw. But I've had a couple small ones -- (slightly TMI details discreetly hidden for the squeamish)
just a drop or two in the last couple weeks. This one, though, was enough to stain a hanky and need a cotton ball stuffed up a nostril.
Boston should run through its snow allotment for the entire winter season while I'm gone, I hope!
