It's the loop you tend to avoid. The ficcish loop. Like most of them, it seems to have roots in previous ones.

Oh, nothing much... and wouldn't really count as a kerfuffle as many of us would judge, but as those boards are quite new in the land of fandom, nobody there had ever really had an argument break out before... and there was freaking out and stuff.
I posted a few diplomatic words and now it seems to be all hugs and puppies again.
