I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

The person in charge of stocking the soda for our department sent us diet Dr. Pepper instead of diet Coke, and then to make up for the mistake sent caffeine free diet Coke.

Oh, the humanity.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

diet Dr. Pepper

Mmmm, my favorite.

I have discovered a place here in SF that sells the original formula of Dr. Pepper, made with imperial cane sugar and bottled in the old fashioned bottles. So much better than regular Dr. Pepper.
