Oh, Pacey! You blind idiot. Can't you see she doesn't love you?

Goodbye and Good Riddance 2004: Well, I Wasn't Expecting That.

Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2004? Don't think we've forgotten about you.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

I fear no loomers. Not even Gus.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Gus looms divinely, at seven feet tall.

Greetings, bells! Please for to hug William for me; he was at our house (with Lee) at Thanksgiving, in San Francisco, and we miss him already.

We miss Lee, too, but we get to see her in a couple of weeks.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Welcome, Bells!

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Welcome Bells!

I'm 5'2" as well. Still not the shortest Buffista, but fairly wee all the same.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I already welcomed you over in Bitches, but it's worth saying again: Welcome, Bells!

Maria, where is your current tagline from?

(For posterity: Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive, well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, choc. in one hand, martini in other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "Woo!")

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Welcome, bells!!

::considers looming, but then slounges off to find more coffee. and perhaps a nap.::

brillig

5'2", eyes of blue ... and it's disturbing to realize that I'm taller than many women in my town. Hubby says, "You're taller than her," I"ll say, "No, I'm not," Hubby says, "Look at her shoes," and she's wearing three-inch platforms. Tiny, wee women in Utah. And that's not counting all the immigrant ladies.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

I just received my Secret Santa gift and I must say that Deena is sooo wonderful! I love my presents! She got me

  • Celtic CD titled Anúna (I've already listened to half of it on the way to work - very lovely)
  • a beautiful glass bowl/vase with a fluted edge (stuffed with crinkled paper stuffing)
  • a decorative...thing, (I have no idea what the proper name is. It looks like a mini bouquet of grapes - very cute.)
  • chocolates
  • two absolutely wonderful smelling bars of soap. I had to pick up the box at the post office this morning because I live in an apartment and they won't leave it at the door. This minute I smelled those soaps I wanted to drive right back home and take a bath!

Deena - I remember when you posted back in December and said that Kara had stolen part of the gift so when I read the card I laughed. I hope Kara likes it! :) Thank you very much! You and everyone here have been wonderful to talk with over the past few months.

btw - Welcome to the Buffistas, Bells! This is absolutely the best group of people to talk with. I only joined three months ago and everyone here is kind, considerate, understanding, and I have to add VERY SMART. Sometimes I wonder how I survived without them.

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

Yay! Beathen, I'm so glad you like it. Whew. What a relief. There should also be two bath bombs in there, unless Kara stole those, too. I don't think she did, but one never knows.
