Goodbye and Good Riddance 2004: Well, I Wasn't Expecting That.

Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2004? Don't think we've forgotten about you.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Does anyone sell good guy plushies? I'd really like a red blood cell.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Archie McPhee has Parasite Pals.

Always Anti-fascist!

That's funny. And weird. My dad the hypochondriac totally needs one, too.

hip deep in pie

I have a pick up parcel tag in my hot little hands. I'm hoping it's from my Seekrit Santa (I have no idea what else it might be). I have to pick it up in the opposite direction of where I'm supposed to be after work, but I'm getting it, dammit.

I'm getting the pig!

Oooh! I received the Parasite Pals car air-freshener pack for Christmas!

Ok, not so much "received" as "ordered for myself", but still.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Does anyone sell good guy plushies? I'd really like a red blood cell.

I can find references to a "Major the Red Blood Cell Beanie", but no pictures or the actual item for sale.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Oh, wow. Secret Santa gift has arrived, and Katie P rocks.

I'm sitting here looking at a completely perfect framed photo of the Eiffel Tower, taken at the base, the lens following the lines halfway to heaven. I showed it to Nic and he damned near misted up.

And I actually had Susan McKeown on my list of CDs to buy, because they were playing her at a bookstore recently, and I had to go ask who she was. So, two Cds!

I am all happy with my Secret Santesse love. Also madly figuring out how to get back to Paris.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Ooh, yay, it got there! And you like it! I'm so glad the picture arrived intact. I was really pleased with how the lighting and framing worked out on that one. And I hope you enjoy the CDs. She's one of my very favorite singers, and I figured she would appeal to you as well.
