I finally sent my Secret Santa gift off today. The magical machine in the post office lobby that allows me to mail packages without waiting in line (how great is that?) told me it should be there by Thursday, I don't know if I believe it.

I love that machine! The screen told me it would get to my giftee on a Friday but I don't think she got it until the following Monday. You might want to cross your fingers.

BTW, I sent out ginger cake to some people last week. If anyone was expecting some, and didn't get it, please to let me know? It went out priority last Wednesday.

Heh, I was actually doing a guilt-induced do-not-read-Good-Riddance-until-package-is-sent thing, so I missed all the nudging until after. But I am sorry for not letting you know it arrived safely!

I'm in the super duper slacker santa category and hope get something out the door later this week so it'll arrive before New Year's.

I'm just in the regular slacker category but I still won't get to the P.O. before Thursday. For I am lame. Also need to pick up another part of the present.

I finally have all the components, but haven't even assembled them yet. It'll probably go out Thursday morning, now.

THANK YOU to my mysterious seekrit santa who sent me a beautiful Navajo sand painting. I love it!

I got a wonderful box of gifts from Dani (who happened to be the recipient of the first Sekrit Santa gift I ever sent!). There's a calendar with knitting patterns--it's one I've actually thought about buying a few times, so excellent choice! There's a jar of lime marmalade, some sinful looking cookies, and an adorable little blank book.
