Kaylee: Is that him? Mal: That's the buffet table. Kaylee: Well how can we be sure, unless we question it?

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Drew wants to put a strange woman in a corset?

I'm impressed, cutie. You're broadening your reach!

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

I assume that there will be a trip to Lush at some point? I have re-stocking needs.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Which reminds me - Lush-philes, the Union Square store looks like it is closed. I know there's one in the Marina, but you might want to check and see where they are.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I want to thrift! Remind me again which day that was planned for? Saturday?

Dim sum Saturday mid-morning was an idea I threw out there, but it's by no means set in stone. (Saturday seemed like a better bet b/c otherwise we'd be doing brunch & BBQ on the same day.)

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I love the mid-morning Saturday dim-sum idea.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Thrifting is Saturday, yep. No time set, though. I was thinking we could carpool to (or bus to and meet up) somewhere in the vicinity of Ti Couz and work our way up one side of Valencia out to maybe a couple of blocks past the pirate store (after which it gets more solidly residential), then back down the other side, with stops along the way for drinks, nibbles, coffee, or general putting-our-feet-up-and-resting. For which there will be numerous opportunities.

Then back into the cars (or cabs or bus or whatnot), hop across Market, hit Dark Garden and Citizen Cake, and then back to the HICC.

Note to erika: AFAIK, all of these places are ground-floor and wheelchair accessible. Dark Garden has a few steps, but I think they also have a ramp. If you're interested, I can call 'em up and double-check.

eta: I might be up for midmorning/post Pooh reading dim sum as well.

She needs a corset. I know that it's totally unrealistic to get her one, but it seems like the only truly fitting Buffista gift.

Tiaras are a pretty fitting gift too...

Our wings are not tired

Oooo, this is true. We might need to get her a Tiara.

I love the mid-morning Saturday dim-sum idea.

Oh me too! I have fantasies of sleeping a little late, cartoons and Pooh in our jammies, then dim sum.

It's like 'Ffista Heaven.
