I don't want to speak for the group, but I don't personally view the Prom as a pay-to-play event. The $41pp (or whatever) is NOT a ticket price.

Speaking as the one what is holding the purse right now, I totally agree. Seanie, you had BEST get you & your girl to Prom.

Well, the real purpose of our trip is to spend time with mom, sis and nephew down in SJ, so I think it will probably be a one or the other thing, much as I'd like it to be otherwise.
