Hmmm, I'm sure I've got something to offer, I'll have to see what I've got in my kilt.
So, not much to offer?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Lotta tipsy people. Quite a few seriously sozzled ones, too.
Hey, that's what hotel rooms are for.
Still, with my shape, I'll just weeble around without falling down.
Hee. We can bobble up against each other for support.

I'm liking what I hear, more and more.
Hee, bobble-heads wobble but they don't fall down.
They don't run the B2B, either. I'm afraid I'm going to have to bail on doing that. I've been having bad back and hip problems lately. I've been dosing myself with Aleve, but I'm afraid it may require doctoring if it doesn't ease up in a day or so.
I've been thinking I might have to do the walking course, but I don't want to skip it altogether.
I was only planning on walking, but the way my hip feels right now, it's not happening. And I'm not sure if, even if what's bothering it goes away, it will be in any shape for a 12k, even at walking pace.
Oh, shit - BEER. Will send her an addendum.
Thanks so much, Deb. I know it would be hard for Tom and myself to only have prom choices of hard booze and wine. I really appreciate it. And everything you've done and continue to do!
Do we have a short list of beers that Deb can use, since she's not a beer drinker? Say Sierra Nevada, Newcastle, stuff like that? Ooh, is Fat Tire out in Cali? (Colorado beer, finally just hit Chicago, which has all my beer peeps in raptures.)
Alternatively, I'd say just ask that they lean towards local microbrews rather than the Miller/Heineken class. (Though I would personally not object to a Budweiser or two, but that's my own shame.)
There's lots of good microbrews out that way, I just don't know their names. Everywhere I go, I try something new. Maybe Deb could ask Lilibeth if she could recommend some good ones.
Yeah, I think I would say to just let Lilibeth make the picks, just to let her know to go local and funky over the big brands. That should be easiest on Deb and probably get us the best selection.
