I am providing no guacamole. Violent life-threatening allergy to avocado.
And we can't bring ANYTHING to the prom, anyway. But if someone wants to make guac for the HS, go for it.
'Same Time, Same Place'
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Personal booze preferences: vodka -- Grey Goose, but will drink ketel one (Drew's vodka of choice), Jack Daniels, would also love some Three Olives brand cherry vodka (ONLY Three Olives brand cherry, though. Every other one I've had tastes like cough syrup). but, I know that the TO is not a normal bar item.
V, remember that we can also have liquor in the HS. So anything unusual may be better placed upstairs.
Right now I've got Ketel One for basic voda, Bombay Sapphire for gin, Patron for tequila, Starbuck liquor for espresso martinis - what about chocolate martinis? Same thing, or different? Seems to me that Jack Daniels for the bourbon drinkers is likely to be the standard, if not the gold standard.
A selection of beers. I'm going to request an upper-midrange domestic bubbly - maybe a good Gloria Ferrer or a Chandon Brut. I'll check out their French list, as well.
What do you people want for a single malt?
Bacardi and Jameson's. Errr...not together.
(And I'm with the others in thanking Deb and the other organizing folks. You rawk.)
Bacardi - right. Is that light or dark?
Do we need to special request girly can't-taste-the-alcohol type stuff (ie Midori Sour, Amaretto, etc.), or is that implied and you're just looking for specifics from the actual conoisseurs?
Three Olives brand cherry vodka
Oh, I LOVES me some Three Olives. Yum.
Deb, the bar deal is FANTASTIC. Thank you.
F2F Fundage update: we are at $750. Woot. Y'all rock. If you've sent something and I haven't acknowledged it with an email, let me know.
what about chocolate martinis?
Godiva.
juliana the bartender probably knows better than I do, but I think the light is used in rum & cokes as well as mixed drinks whereas I think the dark would only be for certain mixed drinks. So light would be more versatile.
And, yeah, I'm a girl drink drunk.
With rum, I prefer Cap'n Morgan's. But, I've been told I am a philistine.
Midori sours are teh yum.
