You were very nearly devoured by a giant demon snake. The words 'let that be a lesson' are a tad redundant at this juncture.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

what about chocolate martinis?

Godiva.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

juliana the bartender probably knows better than I do, but I think the light is used in rum & cokes as well as mixed drinks whereas I think the dark would only be for certain mixed drinks. So light would be more versatile.

And, yeah, I'm a girl drink drunk.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

With rum, I prefer Cap'n Morgan's. But, I've been told I am a philistine.

Midori sours are teh yum.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Spidra the Girl Drink Drunk is correct.

Aimee, come drinking with me and we will do Cap'n shots with my favorite bartender, who dares anyone to call him a philistine.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

As long as there are olives for the martinis, I will be a happy, happy girl.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm hideously allergic to guacamole. Are you secretly trying to kill me?

Well, it's not a secret anymore, dammit.

I want...Coke.

JZ - Apr 10, 2006 12:55:36 pm PDT #8096 of 10001
See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

I want...Coke.

How 'bout a Cheerwine? For some reason, I feel a big itchy urge to hit Yum and BevMo and stock the HS up on exotic colas (Cheerwine isn't that exotic, though -- it tastes vaguely like Dr. Pepper, but better: a hint of actual non-artificial fruit, and real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup).

Also root beers, but we already had that kerfuffle over in Natter.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

My hunch is the girly drink ingredients will be there, but I'd say ask for some selection of liquers for martini purposes.

Some decent tequila would be v. nice.

F2F Fundage update: we are at $750. Woot. Y'all rock. If you've sent something and I haven't acknowledged it with an email, let me know.

I didn't get an email back - not that I need one, but make sure you got what I sent. Oh, and I'll send more along at some point.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Happy to leave the soft drink buying for the HS to anyone who wants to do it; there will also be an ice bucket and spring water in individual sized bottles.

Midori. Godiva (I adore that stuff, although Droste does a KILLER chocolate liquor). Bacardi light. Check.

Still need a good scotch and a good basic whiskey, unless we are agreed on Jamesons?

I'm planning on half a dozen bottles of wine - two red, two white, two bubbly - for the HS.

I have Patron down. Does that not work?
