Zoe: Captain will come up with a plan. Kaylee: That's good. Right? Zoe: Possibly you're not recalling some of his previous plans.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

That is totally the best riot ever.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I know, I so wish that I could go, but all signs point to no. May is a good time to take some time off from work, though, so maybe I'll put in for a long weekend in the name of wishful thinking, just in case I'm able to get it together and pull it off.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

What? No Lilty? That's so lame. I'm staying home.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Hey, potential Chicago/MI carpoolers, now that P-C's more or less back, can we see if there's any sort of consensus on arriving/departure dates? I was mapping out my (what I still think of as) semester, and realized that that might be an issue.

Not that it's urget, like, at all. But it's something that I can do that does not require studying, so I'm forcing my procrastination onto the rest of you.

You're welcome.

No, you guys can just set up a laptop and I'll take pictures of me in a prom dress laughing at your jokes and boozing it up. It'll rock!!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

ION, I feel like a dweeb, because when I saw the word 'muffaletta', I was all, "Awww. I remember that kerfluffle." Then I got happy because I've been here long enough to remember a (not really that) long ago kerfluffle.

Hereinafter to be referred to as The Kerfuffletta.

What's considered a 'good' round-trip flight price? (I've never flown before.)

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

That depends. You mean to NOLA?

FWIW, I see round trip fares from Providence or Boston to New Orleans for $235, which is pretty reasonable.

Yep. Not that I'm really looking. For that would be foolish. But if I were. From Portland, or Manchester. Because I found one for $250 roundtrip right out of Portland, which seems good. I put an alert on it to email me if it goes any lower. Just for kicks.
