Jilli and myself are confirmed (!!!, if you will) for F2F.
Hooray!
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Wait... "whootie hootie"? Dear lord, what are they putting in the water down there?

Heh.
Stuff that ain't water, I can tell you that.
Pete! Excellent!
You'll have a dish with none of that nasty dairy stuff, all to yourself.
The dairy is easy to avoid, my primary dietary concern is nitrites and nitrates comonly used in preserved meats (thankfully Whole Foods stocks preserved meats free of such chemical eeeevils). If you can skip the nit's I'd be awfully grateful.
scampers in
If someone would be able to take me to Dark Garden, and to the bookstore with the hairless cat (Borderlands? The one that sells all horror, fantasy, and sf), I would be a very perky goth indeed.
scampers back out
Pete, no nites for you. Organic meat only; I tend to use that anyway.
Jilli, Borderlands. I'm a member of Persephone (the womens arm of Horror Writers of America) and damn, you're missing things by about three days; HWA is in SF the previous weekend, and I'm doing a luncheon.
Pete, no nites for you.
Very much obliged. FYI, to any who've never looked into nitrites, there's increasing evidence that these things have carcinogenic properties. I can't link to anything as this was something I read in a flyer a few months back, but it was a bit of a shocker to find out they're potentially even worse than I thought.
Back to the holiday stuff... eh-hem... Wheeeeeeeeeee!
HWA is in SF the previous weekend, and I'm doing a luncheon.
Aww, drat. Well, I still want to go to Borderlands.
Jilli, I'd be glad to squire you anywhere you need to go. And I think JZ has already pegged her future happiness on thrifting with you in San Francisco.
