but just in case, should the post in Press be amended to tell people that?
Oh, good point. I'll edit.
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Jess, either way works, so long as I get a final number - I should pop back in and look at the total. Last I looked, it was at 14. If we're only having 14 people at Prom, there's gonna be a LOT of leftovers...
Note to self: bring more luggage filled with freezer bags.
Last I looked, it was at 14.
It's up to about 22 by now (26 if you count undecideds). I'd give people a day or two to check in.
Oh, hell yes.
Because, 22?
Ummmmmmmmmm..........
edit: up to 32. Keep them yesses and plus-ones comin', yo!
BTW, did someone want to do badges?

Right. Can't even imagine a Prom with so few...oh wait.
Not meaning to be nasty, just remembering how frustrating that situation was for this very reason last year.
It's early-ish on a Monday morning and Jess only opened the poll up a little bit ago. We have lots of time.
I was actually thinking this F2F might rival the LA F2F in attendance. And if so, WHOOT!
Btw, still have my badge from the LA one but if someone wants to make badges this year, I'll take a new one. Is there anything I can help with? Other than badges? (Only because I'd have to make them at work and that can't happen.) I can keep a list of cell #'s or arrivals / departures...
Badges? We don't need no steenken badges!
Ahem. Yes, badges would be fantastic.

Argh. I still feel incredibly upset about having lobbied so hard for NOLA last year, and then gotten financially fucked up the ass and unable to attend. So mad at myself and frustrated on behalf of all the people who couldn't make it, and the handful who did and who had so few others there.
And yet part of me is still glad, just because I know there were some who went who'd never been to NOLA before and it was such an amazing, breathtaking city (and will be again, someday, God willing, but it'll still be different, never exactly what it was before), and I'm so glad that even a handful of Buffistas made it there and saw it in all its glory before Katrina and Bush's minions fucked it over so royally.
I think the badges ought to look like tats.
What?
