Yeah, overbusts can be worn in public with no fear. Underbusts, well, need more coverage there to stay legal, and that may ruin whatever effect you're going for.

Yes, I'm still awake. No, I shouldn't be. Yes, the contract was faxed to the hotel a few minutes ago. No, there was no mention of corsets, horse-grabbing, or muffalettes. Yes, I know that probably was unfair to the hotel. No, I'm not entirely sure how to spell "muffalettes".
