We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Yes, I'm still awake. No, I shouldn't be. Yes, the contract was faxed to the hotel a few minutes ago. No, there was no mention of corsets, horse-grabbing, or muffalettes. Yes, I know that probably was unfair to the hotel. No, I'm not entirely sure how to spell "muffalettes".

Yes, we offically have a reservation for our May F2F.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Woohoo! Yay Kristin!

In the spirit of the New Year, I have a project folder set up on the new computer, you and -t are in the contact list, and I'd like to add ND. I can keep track of stuff ifin you want to send me updates.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I know I went away, Lee, but surely that doesn't negate the serious bonding time I had with Rosie v1.0 (My TiVo) at your place. Or the pimp hat photos.

Hooray for official F2F happening assuredness.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Who am I missing?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

See, this is why I asked! You two were even among the most recent visitors.

sorry...

Actually, I've feeling a wee bit peckish...

Reposting from Minearverse... "Just where I normally lurk"

I'm coming to LA on Wednesday and will be around for a week. Anyone/few people around to grab coffee or something?

I've never been able to get to a F2F, but always wanted to meet some of you as I know there is a strong LA contingent.

Open offer. I'll watch for replies :-)

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Why would a Buffista Muffaletta Slounge? It's a cool word.

Er, I think that's my fault. For it was discovered at the first F2F in Chicago that I have a talent for bad posture and a gravity-defying slounge.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

I wouldn't list it as a fault, really. More like your revolution in chair-sitting.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I just made plane & hotel reservations for New Orleans! FAQ Girl is coming! We're arriving Thursday morning and leaving Monday morning.

Just one problem: The room rates we were quoted were across the board $10 more than in this post - KristinT "F2F 3: Who's Bringing the Guacamole?" Dec 30, 2004 3:50:48 pm PST - the woman claimed she was reading from the contract. Kristin?!

t on edit The rates I was quoted were

Singles Doubles Triples Quads
$119.00 $119.00 $139.00 $159.00

Our wings are not tired

Jon, I have a copy of the contract dated 12/30 and it clearly shows the rates at $109/$109/$129/$149. I'd call them back and have them check the date on the contract they have. The representative from the hotel was Marvin Andrade.
