Shit's all sorts of different now.

Raq, we could do a stroller walk.

The status is NOT quo.

Can I ride in the stroller if I still wear a kilt and a tiara?

What?

Only if you finish your narratives.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

I was going to say it would be fun to join the walkers/strollers - but I am not pushing anyone up a hill, even some one as small as kristin. now, Get Back To Work.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Raq, email me with your embassy addy. I have three tiaras that I bought for Nilly, and by the time she got to SF, she was so weighted down with tiaras, I could see horror in her face at the thought of shlepping any more. Happy to send you one.

beth, I love your tagline, but I think you mistyped Mr. McNevin's first name. All my gig update emails from him are "Michael" spelled traditionally.

(signed, NOT a "Debra")

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

Kate, I'm REALLY sorry I missed getting together with you while you were here. I had work stuff to do pretty much every time you were nearby, and I just couldn't get out of it. If you make it out here again sometime, I'll clear my whole schedule for you. Or maybe I'll just have to make a trip out east sometime soon.

Aw, I was bummed you couldn't make it! It would have been great to see you. Are you coming to SF?

Hmm, you people actually have me considering doing this B2B thing... is it actually going on during the F2F?

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Are you coming to SF?

As it now looks like I'll have solid employment through the beginning of May, it looks like a yes.

Kate, yep - Bay to Breakers is that Saturday. Gives the runners (orn walkers or strutters or strollers or prancers) a chance to hang around the Park for Footstock if they're so inclined, take the 5 Fulton to within half a block of the hotel, take a hot bath and a nap, and go down to prom in their finery.

Ooooh! Kate had a star-sighting at Grauman's!

John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt was there! Standing right next to us!

ETA: I have been reminded that that is his name only in my head.

J. Jonah Jameson from the Spidey movies. AKA Dr. Emil Skoda from Law and Order.

and not feel guilty about all of Deb's fabulous food that we're going to be stuffing our faces with. Oh, wait, I'm sous-cheffing. I won't be able to stroll. Or maybe I'll stroll for a bit and leave early.
