I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

ooh, the party at Kate's is on Saturday? That's cool. depending on what time it starts or ends, we could potentially have an early/late dinner around there. In addition to/instead of lunch. Deb, do you have any old food haunts you'd like to check out?

Man, I wish I still lived on Berkeley Street, I'd have an open house type thing on Saturday. I do need to write a paper this weekend in question so I may not be able to hang alllllllll day, but I can certainly join up early or later.

On the Boston front, dinner Friday would probably work, as would activities Saturday depending on the plans. I definitely would be interested in any meeting of the extended buffistas.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

It's difficult for me to try and plan or commit to anything right now until after Thanksgiving. We're hosting The Meal this year (at a restaurant -- if you've seen my stove you understand why), but there are still going to be a dozen B.'s and a quartet of FAQ's to entertain throughout the second half of next week.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Very cool, billytea. Next year, I will try not to suck, and we can actually meet up at DragonCon.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Jon, my flight gets in at 8:11 pm. Shall I bring a bottle of champagne?

I'm still trying to sort out the stuff at Kate's Mystery. Clea says we're signing Friday, but that the party is Saturday. If so, I'm thinking dinner at around half past eight on the Friday, and then see who'd like to get together for general cool Boston hanging-out stuff Saturday.

Last time I was in Boston was so long ago, the Big Dig was still a twinkle in someone's eye.

Heh. Bubbly there shall be. What can I bring Mme. B as a thankyou prezzie for having me there? Really good local chocolate? Does she bake (I come from the land of sourdough)?

I'm still way curious to see it. Pity it's not baseball season; the Sox are the only AL team I ever cheer on. And you guys have the cool and groovy ballpark.
