I'm awake.

F2F 3: Who's Bringing the Guacamole?
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!
beth, if you get a chance, is it possible for you to check Lib Journal reviews (upcoming, probably) and see if there's a review of Matty groves, done or upcoming?
Off to breakfast and the Mall of America, in the rain.
I will do what I can, Deb.
The Minneapolis contingent is now ALL awake and breakfasted (a cafe up the street from the hotel with fabulous decor, decent food, and atrocious service), and we are hanging around the Free Internet Room until noonish, when we shall go en masse to the Mall of America.
Last night's party was muy fun, and many pictures were taken. Sadly, they will not be visible until Monday afternoon when we all get home. Muahaha!
beth, thankee-ma'am. Thing is, unless I'm willing to pay them something like $178, they won't even let me search to see if there's an upcoming review. Booklist at least let me find out there was one, even if they wouldn't let me see the damned thing.
But Libraray Journal has reviewed the first two (Weaver got their "one of the best five" nods for 2003), and I can't imagine, if PW, Kirkus and Booklist all reviewed Matty, that LJ wouldn't.
I think I need to go wash my face.
Off to Mall, soonish. Jessica has promised to nag me into taking frequent rest breaks, so that I don't have to wimp out on tonight's party.
Looks like LJ hasn't let the newest issue go to our database yet - I have to hand search. Looks like they reviewed the other close to just after they were on the shelves.
Damn. Ah well. Thanks, beth.
Me for shower pre-costume party tonight.
Up early for a fun day. We're going to Disneyland with Pete and Jilli today!
Well, I get to be there for a bit more than half the day, then I need to go work, but others will be with them all day.
Home again, home again, jiggedy jig. Well, in a couple of hours, anyway. Last check-in from the Millennium Business Centre. Tom's on the computer to my left.
There should be some amazing photos from last night. And juliana does a wicked monster karaoke version of London Calling.
Going home, and sad now, but I have a great new tattoo. (Jess has a picture, I hope), and kick ass red leather boots I bought at Nordstrom Rack for 27 bucks.
Thanks so much to Juliana for organizing it, and miss you to everyone. (okay, not Deb, who is still sitting next to me.)
