Deb, Nicole is feeling owie, and is also asleep, so we are going to be one less for dinner. The rest of us will see you soon though.
Hotay.
Poor Nicole. Hope you are feeling better soon.
So, how was Sausalito last night? Inquiring minds want to know!
I worked 10 hours, grabbed some Burmese food on the way home, and crashed early.
As far as I know, they had a lovely dinner. And I had a lovely nap with painkillers. Feeling quite a bit better today, thank doG. I'll call you later, though, after we get settled at Deb's.
I hope lots of people had a chance to check out the pics from the visit with -t. I tried to take a pic as she opened each gift and I'm fairly sure that I labeled them correctly. She was very touched by the generosity of everyone involved.
Hi Nicole. Sorry you missed dinner last night. Yay for feeling better.
I enjoyed seeing the -t pics. Did you get to meet H? We had so much fun with them in New Orleans.
I just LOVE this picture of Deb. She looks almost innocent.
see, it's the "almost" that's the key here. I'm leaning toward impish, myself. something about the set of the shoulders.
Beverly! I got the prezzies. I love them.
YOU ROCK!
Yay! I missed the den of laptops last night, but I had Angelino's Pasquale talking Tuscany with Deb and Nic, and Tuscan cooking with Deb on the sidewalk outside the restaurant, after a superb meal and an ambrosial dessert (no, I don't remember the names. The dessert was "the first one" on the dessert menu), watching the sun light up windows in SF proper, and the land shade darker as the sky pinked with sunset, and then fade to blue-black. I got to ride across the Golden Gate after dark, and ride along to feed southcats. I got to stroke Cami and pick up Copy, more than once. And then I watched while Nic and Deb fed the "regulars," racoons and cats, in the park before getting back to chez Grabien. I set up my "bedroom" and stayed up till oh-late-thirty catching up in LJ and elsewhere, and then slept like a really sleepy sleeping thing.
And this morning I used Deb's one-one to make coffee, and actually had BOTH kittens cuddling in my arms at once a few minutes ago. Life? Pretty good right now.
