edit: Yes! Reserved, table for seven people although they know it may be for six in case JZ can't make it, 6 pm. There are times being able to say "yes, I'm the writer in whose new book your restaurant is featured" is a damned useful thing.

Amiee,Emma, and Kristin got off to the airport in plenty of time, despite the fact that we sorta forgot to clock watch. Kristin played Matt's violin, emma got to play guitar again. Mama got pictures this time. I am also pleased with , Percy, the kiity. he was friendly to the adults , but intelligently ran away from the baby.

Watching Emmett with Emma - just amazing. But it is very impt to note that it was K-bug that renamed Emma's toy from Worm to Naughty worm. Buffista children - seem to be just as smart as thier parents, but with less of thier hangups - good job!

Thank you for the pictures everyone! The party looked wonderful. Tho' I must admit, my favorite picture is the one of Rupert. Because if I could figure out a way to teleport Rupert to my house on a weekly basis, I would.

That was me. I started it. It's reflex. *g*

We are home and sad. Well, Em is glad so she can have lunch and nap in her bed, but I am sad cause I fell for SF. Seeing everyone was just icing and sprinkles and chocolate sauce and whipped cream and more sprinkles (the little silver ball-kind). We got to see Alameda and Deb took beth b and I on an amazing 2 hour tour of the city. I GOT TO SEE THE FULL HOUSE DUPLEXES!! I'ma buy one of those. And I'ma buy ahouse down in Sea Cliff. But not at the marina, cause that's landfill and beth b said, "NO!" And see the Golden Gate from the Fort was amazing. There was just a leeetle bit of fog creeping over the tall thingies that hold it up. It was amazing. I can;t wait for May doubly triply now.

Sigh.

And, sadly, I also didn't get dessert. I wass yakking too much.

Also the Last, garlic cheddar cheese is really ficking good!!

Also the Last, Pt 2 - Beth and Matt's house is amazing. Thank you guys for outting us up, putting up with us, etc.

And Suzi, thank you for picking us from Oakland and the tour of Alameda. I'ma buy a house there, too!

In a bit of synchronicity, just as I read Jilli's post and beamed at her good taste in cats, Rupert jumped into my lap and stared at the picture of himself.
