Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

Now tagless for your comfort.

but the guitars are the guitars. Not a problem, right?

Heh. At the last punkymoms meet I took Owen to, he kept trying to strum the hostess' husband's guitar. I need to get him one of his own.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Aimee, I'll move the heavier beasts - Nic's strat and Sierra Bass, the SG - into the bedroom; we'll leave out a few for people who want to play, though.

Also probably lock as many of the cats as we can in the bedroom, to keep 'em out from underfoot.

Sounds good Deb. Although honestly? There are going to be so many people wanting to hold her and love her and hug her, that I doubt she ever touches the floor.

Heh. DAMNED good point.

Also, if the weather holds, we'll have perfect weather during the day, with a drop off in temperatures into nice cool evenings, so I'll have the outside entertaining area available for outdoor hanging out and noshing, as well.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Not sure why bone dry bubbly makes me happy - but it does, you bet.

The family I spend holidays with when I'm in Cleveland, has the Italian habit of dropping a sugar-cube into each of their glasses of champagne. I love watching it fizz, and I love the sweetness. Couple glasses, and I get very giggly.

Someday, I'd like to make a survey of good imported beer. I happen to - well, not hate, as I can drink it - American beer. Not having tried anything else, I have been told by online friends from other corners of the world that I might just like what they consider good beer, as they share my opinion of the stuff around here.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Oooooh, I know I'm late to the news but Aimee and Em!!! I volunteer for baby snuggling!!!!!!

I am SO looking forward to this weekend. Now if my allergies would just calm down, I'd be a much happier camper.

OH! She's pretty indestructible.

This is true. I've personally seen her take several headers on hard surface floors, and then fuss precisely long enough for someone to pick her up.

Whereupon, she promptly stopped.

Meaning she wasn't hurt - she just wanted reassurance. It's what they do.

It's actually quite comical.

Literally, the instant Dad had her more than an inch of the floor -- fussing over.
