OH! She's pretty indestructible.
This is true. I've personally seen her take several headers on hard surface floors, and then fuss precisely long enough for someone to pick her up.
Whereupon, she promptly stopped.

Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Meaning she wasn't hurt - she just wanted reassurance. It's what they do.
It's actually quite comical.
Literally, the instant Dad had her more than an inch of the floor -- fussing over.
Eeeee! Aimee and Emma! I gotta stop bouncing so I can pack!
(kicking brain and arse into party prep mode)
You and me both, Deb. I should have spent the evening cleaning, and yet, NSM.
Heh. Tomorrow is going to be crunchy: Home Depot early, nails medium, somewhere in there a trip to Costco is needed and can't be put off (I was going to do it today, but that editing favour ate the day), and tomorrow night is catfeeding.
Reminds me, we'll need to double up on southcat feeding, Thursday and Friday nights, since Saturday night? Not on the cards.
Need a companion for the catfeeding?
I was thinking that at least a few of us would want to go with. Maybe we can meet up with you in Redwood City and then have dinner.
Bev, I was going to suggest it, actually.
It depends on the timing, of what I can get done on Friday afternoon; I want to get as much housecleaning and prep done Friday as possible, so Saturday is mostly free before party to drive Aimee and Kristin around and show off.
And how does Angelino sound for dinner, maybe Sunday night? Everyone should see the City from the Sausalito main drag, and the food is yum and Angelino is very dear to my heart, and not even pricey.
