(HI ND!! We miss you!)
That's what I get for being a moving target.
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

Drat it all.
Wow. Rock/hard place - except with two fabulous things on either side.
Aside: The Seattle hotel coordinator guy? Too cute.
Isn't he adorable?
The full-bore pimp has some other information that we didn't fit on that page. The Seattle Marriott has a free full hot buffet breakfast, the hotel has a pool and a whirlpool and a health club... stuff like that.
Lemme c&p some stuff...
Trudy, you want me to shoehorn that in? I may have been a little free with the cutting.
I can just go ahead and put some goodies here. It's not a ton of stuff. We haven't really had a chance to talk in-thread about the various Seattle goodnesses since the ball had to be passed part way through.
See, I made these 'cute' reasons Seattle is groovy...
So, Reason #1 for Seattle: Hotel ‘gets’ us and welcomes our brand of weird with Wheadon-loving arms flung wide.
Reason #2 for Seattle: Dude, check out the space and the stuff and the deal and the glavin... (that's about the suites being big with free internet and fridges and stuff)
The hotel’s amenities include: An onsite fitness center, heated indoor pool and whirlpool open from 6 am to 11 pm every day; Breakfast room open daily for complimentary hot breakfast buffet including Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, fruits, cheese, juice, coffee, tea and more; On-site restaurant lounge offering a special “Lightning Round” happy hour every day from 4 pm to 7 pm with discounted appetizer and drink specials; A full menu is available until 10 pm and light appetizers and drinks until 11 pm; Room Service available.
Reason #3 for Seattle: Awesome free breakfast, cheap booze, hot tub.
Reason #4 for Seattle: A freakin’ FREE transit zone
I feel like we could have a lot of fun in a really awesome place where, due to all the included things, a person could spend very little and still have a great time. Or spend a fortune and have a great time. Or buy me a diamond tiara and have a REALLY great time...

Exactly. So far, it's basically a no-lose. For me, if SF gets it, coolness. If Seattle gets it, less work and I get to go to Seattle, which I'll probably do in October, depending on the Barnes & Noble University Village schedule.

What, you can't make your own...?
Damn. 2 cities reporting, and already I can't make up my mind.
