JZ, could you make a list like this, and email me with it, please, ma'am? I'll put together the list from emails.
Damn, that looks like fun. I've done a haunted walk in London, but didn't even know they had one here.
Buffy ,'Beneath You'
Plan what to do, what to wear (you can never go wrong with a corset), and get ready for the next BuffistaCon: San Francisco, May 19-21, 2006! Everything else, go here! Swag!

3. There is no 3.
hmm, tickybox?
(Even though I have Vegas, I'm half of a mind to say, We prolly won't find anything that great as Deb has and call it SF and be done)

Yes'm. Just, probably not until Monday, as I just this second got a vast pile of work flopped in my lap.
JZ, trust me, next week is of the excellence.
Aimee, don't give up on Vegas, yo. I admit, I'm extremely happy with all three possibilities this time. Win-win! Although, if it does wind up being Vegas, we'd probably not stay at the official hotel. Nic has long since convinced me that we will both be struck by lightning if we stay anywhere that isn't the Bellagio.
Which explains why we've had so long between Vegas visits, damn it.
Am I reading correctly that we need to spend 1800 at the bar to get things comped? That's quite a bit. How much is the catering and room of we don't hit that mark?

No, no - that's food and beverage combined.
$1800 on alcohol? Scary thought.

For all values of Scary == Fun.
eta: Plus, that would encourage more to attend, as that might save some from alcohol poisoning.
If Meara or Raq is around --
Does either of you remember what we spent on food for the DC F2F? IIRC, we came fairly close to $1000 on that alone.
Fred Pete, this is from the IFB on the DC deal:
All rooms were doubles, single or 2 people: $139 per night (with tax, $159.16). Double room, quad rate (4 people) $169/night (with tax, $193.51). All our rooms were blocked for the top 2 floors under the penthouse, although early arrivals took available rooms on other floors. There was a 50% discount on parking: with discount, parking was $9/day, $11/overnight. All rooms had free high-speed Internet access.
About 70 people attended the Saturday dance. A catered appetizer buffet cost $600.00. We spent $355.30 at a cash bar, exclusive of artender, service charges, and tax. The hospitality suite rental was $250.
$139 a night? Crikey. If I was looking in that price range, I'd have about ten more hotels to talk to. Right now, though, seriously loving the idea of stopping at the Holiday Inn.
