It's good to have cargo. Makes us a target for every other scavenger out there, though, but sometimes that's fun too.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I wasn't offended; it just lost its appeal.

But offended is just so much... more... you know...

Our wings are not tired.

I've never been to Australia. I want to get a shiny kangaroo dollar, and I'll take pictures.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

I think the stipulation was "the first American Buffista TO VISIT BILLYTEA in Australia." Though I could be wrong.

Ahem. Steph has the right of it. I made the offer earlier this year. I would have thought it obvious that if I'm not actually there to give said Buffista a shiny new kangaroo dollar, it doesn't count.

Hee. I do have a shiny shiny kangaroo dollar. And presently, have more crap than I can actually fit in my luggage. Apparently, I am not allowed to buy anything in Egypt. :)

And yes, Kate visited. And I think she did get to meet more people than me (I did not meet Min, or Angus, or, well, anyone other than John and Billytea. Though I suppose technically, I didn't "meet" Billytea, as I'd met him before. Er....can you tell I'm a little loopy in the heat here?)

Heh. Let me know how that works out for you.

Heh. Well, there's also the option of "after this one, they're all direct flights, so I could more easily check baggage and carry the rest of it on" concept...

Or! send it to yourself at home!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Calling the weremonkey....

Gus, are you still having your July 4 shindig?

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Good question, juliana. I need to put in for the 5th off if I'm going to drive that far on the 4th. No way I plan on trying to make it back home the same day.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Hm. I probably still won't have a fucking job by then.
