Will we have a coffee pot in the HS? No doubt Brendon will be willing to go and fetch donuts and bagels. I'm thinking it is unlikely he will lounge about in his jammies though.
Did we have a local or driving person bringing a DVD player? I can toss the itty bitty one I use in the van in my luggage if we need it.
I'm sure we can get a coffee pot if I ask. I'll do so when I check in. I think Saturday mornng cartoons in our jammies sounds fantastic, btw. Also, no we don't have a DVD/VCR, so it would be great if you could bring yours, Laura. There should be a TV in there, however.

I wanted to see if there's a new point person for the Commander's Palace meal since Vortex isn't coming and several others, including me, are going to have to plead poverty and find something else that evening.
DX is in charge of the 6PM reservation and I am in charge of the 7PM reservation. Each reservation is for 8 people (16 total). There doesn't seem to be a penalty for cancelling (my email confirmation said "you may change or cancel this Reservation at any time") so I would recommend waiting until the last moment before we reduce or cancel either one.
I don't do seafood, but any of the chicken or kebobs would be fine.
Also, what Jon said.
I'll also mention that Commanders does have a dress code.
Dress is upscale, jackets preferred at dinner. No Shorts.
This was found at Hot Topic and I about died laughing.

I can say conclusively I will NOT be wearing that under my kilt.
Bwah! One size might fit most, but I'll pass.
I was a bit disturbed that the size came in fluid ounces.
Could that link have caused me to spontaneously sugar crash? I'm a bit end of the workday giddy.
Also, would still love to do the zoo/cruise thing Friday late morning... [link] if we can get 10 people for the reduced rate.
This sounds like fun. It ends at the zoo? Would anyone besides me be interested in going to Camellia Grill for lunch afterwards? It's kind of nearby the zoo (can take the streetcar if we don't feel like walking anymore, but it's relatively close by), and they have amazing omelettes, which I've been craving for the two years since I left NO. (I've also been told that their burgers are supposed to be fantastic.) Relatively cheap lunch counter type place, in a really cute little old pink house.
t edit: nevermind. Just realized that said Friday. I won't be there until Friday evening.
As for the prom food, I'm fine with anything as long as there are one or two vegetarian options.
Kristin -- FAQ Girl and I are up for the zoo-aquarium-boat thingy.
The NO aquarium is super cool.
I WSIH I was coming!
