A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

While you're there, please, please, someone go to this store for me. Just to look at the pretties.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Linz and I go there every time we go down. Maybe we'll pick you up a small pretty.

Heh. My work internet blocks the trashy diva site.

How weird. It's not more than mildly naughty, just very pretty vintage-inspired dresses. And some corsets and leather jackets, but really nothing terribly eyebrow-raising.

Also lots of stuff that IMO would look very fetching on FAQ Girl.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

FYI, I found a page of Gray Line tours. The last one sounds like a Buffista-appropriate one.

And Kristin, in regard to food, I love seafood, veggies, and sweets (not in that order) so just about anything on the menu will make me happy.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Speaking of tours, I think the horse (or mule)-drawn carriages that park in front of Jackson Square are pretty nice. They're not terribly expensive if you have a few people in a group, and the guides I've had have been entertaining. They drive you around the Quarter, point out stuff, give you some history.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart
