Marco: Do we look reasonable to you? Mal: Well. Looks can be deceiving. Jayne: Not as deceiving as a low down dirty... deceiver.

Our wings are not tired

Sorry, no Kilts this trip. I need to do laundry and this has been a very fast pack and turn around and fly out trip. I'm just happy I have some clean clothing at all to wear.

Gah, I am not looking forward to checking into my hotel around 1 AM. This is going to suck.

If I only had a brain...

It so does, ND. Make absolutely damn sure you have "hold for late arrival" on the reservation. I've had nasty surprises even when I had that.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

I've always found that, if you reserved the room with an American Express card, there's no time limit placed on it for arrival.

Which came in handy when we showed up at the Valadon in LA and checked in at half past seven the next morning, having driven all night with food poisoning....

I had late check-in.

As in, I just checked in.

I'm going to bed now.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Is anyone else who's going to the NO F2F considering seeing SW:E3-RotS? Perhaps not the best use of F2F time, but OTOH it would be fun to see that flick with Buffistas.

So I guess what I'm saying is that I'll go if others are going....

It opens on Friday the 20th.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I'm trying to think what the closest theater would be. I'm pretty sure it won't be playing at Canal Place, so you're probably looking at the Palace at Clearview...

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

SW:E3-RotS

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Star Wars Episode Three Revenge Of The Sith.

Thank you. All those letters were making my head hurty.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It'd be a trek out to Harahan or New Orleans East, or possibly across the river. It'll probably show at all three, and I honestly don't know which would be closer. I'd go to Harahan (the Elmwood Palace) because that's easiest to get to from my house.

Oh! It might play the Prytania, which is right in the city and even not far from the streetcar line. The first one did (sigh. I waited in line to see the first showing there), and it's kind of nice because there's just the one screen, but the sound isn't great.

I'd probably go if people were going.
